Sunshine Oilsands West Ells Restart - Phase 1
ILF completed the engineering of Phase 1 after the project was put on hold with construction at 75% complete. The project was restarted to complete design and construction support of a 5000 bbl/d capacity CPF and well pad. First steam achieved in 2015.
