  • Western breakwater: stabilization and extension of the harbor-side sheet pile wall all the way to the tip of the breakwater, new design of the lake-side seating steps
  • Promenade: widening of the promenade by approx. 25 m and construction of a new harbor wall
  • Harbor basin: dredging works (approx. 13,000 m³) including placement of dredged material in the promenade area
  • Harbor building: pile-supported reinforced concrete slab in front of the harbor building
  • Fuel berth: extension and rehabilitation of the steel structure for two re-fueling sites
  • Eastern breakwater: extension including new breakwater tip and new shore protection, light houses for western (height 30 m) and eastern (height 20 m) breakwater
  • Marina: piers and access to 110 berths
  • Port area: construction of piers for eight large vessel moorings
