Nam Ou 1 Hydropower Project
The Department of Energy Business (DEB) on be-half of Government of Lao PDR (GOL) awarded ILF Consultant Engineers the Services to perform as Contract Engineer for Nam OU 1 HPP. The Project consist of site inspection at the project site during construction, installation and commissioning and are performed by the consultant at regular intervals (missions).
