The Nuremberg–Ingolstadt Railway Line is part of the Nuremberg–Ingolstadt–Munich High-Speed Railway Line and comprises the extension of the German Unity Transport Project No. 8 from Berlin via Halle/Leipzig and Erfurt to Nuremberg.
