Nam Ou 4 Hydropower Project
The Contract Engineer Services for the construction of the Nam Ou 4 Hydropower Project consisted of the inspection on site during construction, installation and commissioning, and was carried out by ILF on a periodic (mission) basis. The scope of the services included inspection and periodically monitoring the construction activities including Civil Works and Hydro-Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Works.
