Nam Ou 7 Hydropower Project
The Department of Energy Business (DEB) on behalf of Government of Lao PDR (GOL) awarded ILF Consultant Engineers (Asia) the Services to perform as Contract Engineer for Nam OU 7 HPP.
The Contract Engineer Services for the construction of the Nam Ou 7 Hydropower Project consisted of the inspection on site during construction, installation and commissioning, and was carried out by ILF on a periodic (mission) basis.
