HSSE Management is an integral part of ILF’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and is embedded in daily operations, decision-making, and project execution. ILF promotes a strong safety culture based on leadership commitment, personal responsibility, and continuous improvement.

The ILF Group’s IMS is certified in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015, supporting ILF’s commitment to safe, sustainable, and responsible business operations.

Information Security Management is an integral part of the ILF Group’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and supports the protection of ILF’s information assets, as well as sensitive client and project data.

The ILF Group has established a comprehensive Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on risk-based controls, clearly defined responsibilities, and continuous employee awareness. The ISMS supports the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and enables the systematic management of information security risks.

The ILF Group’s ISMS is certified in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, demonstrating ILF’s alignment with internationally recognized information security requirements.

Regular reviews and continuous improvement measures help ILF address evolving cyber threats and maintain a high level of information security.

Competence and Knowledge Management are integral elements of the ILF Group’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and support the systematic development and sharing of expertise across the organization.

ILF’s core competencies are organized within Competence Centers (CCs), each led by a Competence Manager (CM). Within their respective areas of expertise, Competence Managers promote technical excellence, support efficient service delivery, and coordinate the development of ILF’s expert networks.

By fostering collaboration and open knowledge exchange, ILF strengthens organizational learning and supports the continuous development of competencies across the ILF Group.

The ILF Group’s Project Management System (PMS 2.0) is an integral part of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and supports a standardized and efficient approach to project execution across all business areas.

Aligned with PMI® best practices, PMS 2.0 provides a structured framework for delivering Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services. Standard Procedures and Management Plans enable the systematic planning, execution, and control of projects while allowing adaptation to specific client and project requirements.

Through standardized methodologies and transparent processes, PMS 2.0 supports consistent, effective, and high-quality project management throughout the ILF Group.

Compliance Management is an integral part of the ILF Group’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and supports adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines across all ILF Group companies.

The ILF Group’s Compliance Management Systems (CMSs) are adapted to their respective market environments and are regularly reviewed to ensure effectiveness. Clearly defined responsibilities, organizational measures, and continuous monitoring support a responsible and compliant business culture.

The CMS also includes a structured whistleblowing system that enables employees, business partners, and external parties to report potential misconduct or irregularities via compliance@ilf.com. All reports are handled confidentially and in line with applicable legal requirements, including the EU Whistleblowing Directive.

Human Resources Management is an integral part of the ILF Group’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and supports professional, transparent, and people-oriented HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

Standardized processes and clearly defined responsibilities provide the foundation for recruiting, onboarding, employee development, succession planning, and feedback processes across the ILF Group.

By promoting reliability, professional development, and a culture of appreciation, ILF supports the long-term development and engagement of its employees.

Sustainability Management is an integral cross-functional element of the ILF Group’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and supports the systematic management of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics across the organization.

It is closely linked with HSSE Management, Compliance Management, Human Resources Management, Information Security Management, and Data Protection Management to address sustainability-related risks, responsibilities, and regulatory requirements in a holistic manner.

The Sustainability Management Framework is based on the ILF Group Sustainability Policy, the ILF Group Code of Conduct, and related Group-wide policies and objectives. Through standardized structures and continuous development, ILF promotes sustainable and responsible business practices across the ILF Group.
 

Data Protection Management is an integral part of the ILF Group’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and supports the protection of personal data through structured and reliable processes across all ILF Group companies.

In alignment with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local legal requirements, the ILF Group has established a Group-wide Data Protection Management System to ensure continuous compliance with defined data protection objectives.

The system supports the prevention, identification, and appropriate handling of potential data protection issues and contributes to the responsible handling of personal data throughout the organization.
