Nam Hkok Hydropower Project

The project is located on Myanmar’s Nam Hkok River, which is the upper reach of the Kok River, a primary right-hand tributary to the Mekong. The Nam Hkok HPP is a dam toe hydropower plant with a certain monthly regulating capacity (live storage capacity of 153.2 MCM). The project is designed on feasibility level as a concrete gravity dam with a maximum height of 80.8 m and is expected to generate around 286 GWh/a with a guaranteed minimum output of 12.57 MW
