Organization of ILF Group

The activities of the Group are coordinated by the Group Management Board (GMB). The Regional Group Directors use a matrix organization to monitor, supervise, and support the individual companies of the ILF Group in their further development.

In addition, each of the four main business areas has a Group Director who optimizes the potential of the ILF Group while pursuing and executing projects in order to offer clients optimum services.
