Nam E Moun Redesign Hydropower Project

ILF's services for the Nam E Moun project started as Owner's Engineer and assistance during the tendering process and site supervision for the construction and commissioning of the project. In addition, ILF applied RENRisk™ to optimize the project from a technical and financial perspective and identified a cost reduction potential of $20 million. During a re-design phase, several measures were formulated to secure the CoD by improving the technical design. Finally, the detailed de-sign of about 20 km of tunneling works is carried out by ILF.
