Overview
Nam Ngum 3 Hydropower Project
The Project (NN3) is located at the Nam Ngum River, 130 km north of Vientiane, in the Longcheng District, Saysomboun Province in Lao PDR. It is one power plant in a cascade of 5 existing or proposed hydropower projects along the Nam Ngum River.
NN4 & 5 are located upstream and NN1 & NN2 downstream, out of which NN1, NN2 and NN5 are already in commercial operation
